1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website — for delivery and pickup — with:
Alsafi RestaurantHertzstraße 1
69126 Heidelberg
+49 6221 7259000
2. Conclusion of contract
By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order — visible on the order status page and, if you provided an email address, confirmed by email. We may decline an order (for example outside the delivery area or when ingredients are unavailable); any amount already paid online is then fully refunded.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Deliveries may carry a delivery fee and a minimum order value — both are clearly shown before you order. Depending on availability you pay online (via our payment provider Stripe) or on site / on delivery.
4. Delivery and pickup
We deliver to the postcode areas shown when ordering. Stated preparation and delivery times are careful estimates, not fixed deadlines. For scheduled time slots we do our best to meet the chosen time.
5. Right of withdrawal
Freshly prepared food and drinks are perishable goods — for such goods there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 1 and 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Your order is therefore binding once the contract is concluded. If anything is wrong with your order, call us — we will find a solution.
6. Complaints and warranty
Statutory warranty law applies. Please report any complaint as soon as possible by phone or email so we can review and resolve it.
7. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
8. Final provisions
German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
