Catering terms

These terms apply to catering and group orders that we offer you by quote and that you accept online or otherwise. Your contracting party is:

After your enquiry we send you a quote with the date, number of guests, what is included and the total price. It is valid until the date it states. By clicking “Book with obligation to pay” you accept the quote bindingly, and the contract is concluded. We confirm the booking by email. Please discuss any changes with us beforehand, by replying to our email or by phone.

The total price in the quote applies. All prices include statutory VAT. Payment method and due date: [TBD: deposit yes/no, due date, payment method].

Please tell us about a changed number of guests no later than 3 days before the date. The price is adjusted accordingly.

You may cancel the booking at any time. For a cancellation the following applies: [TBD: cancellation deadlines and charges, to be reviewed by counsel]. You remain free to prove that we suffered no loss or a lower one.

A catering booking is a service related to catering on a specific agreed date. Under § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB there is no right of withdrawal for such contracts. Cancellation under section 5 remains possible. [Draft: exclusion to be reviewed by counsel.]

We tell you before booking, on request, which allergens and additives the dishes contain, and you can find them on our allergens page. Please let us know about your guests’ intolerances.

The statutory warranty rules apply. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
