1. Joining
Taking part is voluntary and free. You join by ticking the stamp card box when you order. We then send you an email with a link to confirm your card. Without your tick we create no card and send no email.
2. Stamps
Each completed order with your email address and an order value of at least €10 earns one stamp. Cancelled or refunded orders do not count; a stamp given for one is taken back. Stamps do not expire; however, a card that has received no stamp for 24 months is deleted.
3. Voucher
When your confirmed card holds 10 stamps, we email you a voucher for €15; the stamps are used up for it. The voucher is valid for 12 months from issue, is not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
4. Leaving and end of the programme
You can leave at any time with a short message to info@alsafi-heidelberg.de. We then delete your card; unredeemed stamps lapse. We may end or change the programme with 4 weeks’ notice and will tell you by email beforehand. Vouchers already issued stay valid until they expire.
5. Privacy
For the stamp card we store your email address, your stamps and vouchers. Details are in the stamp card section of our privacy policy.
